Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a food production company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you'll support packaging operations, help ensure product quality and food safety standards, and assist with maintaining efficient production processes. • Support Packaging Operators and learn all packaging line functions
• Operate packaging equipment, conveyors, scales, palletizing, and case-filling systems
• Perform bagging, labeling, lot coding, check weighing, and manual palletizing tasks
• Complete sanitation, housekeeping, and equipment cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Use the ERP system to track inventory, lot traceability, and material movements
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Operate a forklift as needed and assist other production areas to maximize plant efficiency

What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (6+ months)
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to changing production needs
