This position reports to: Service Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In your role as a service engineer in the low voltage sector, you will be responsible for acquiring service projects in the field of energy transmission and distribution. Your focus will be on the eastern German market.

The working model for this position is: remote in eastern Germany for the regions in Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, and western Saxony (#LI-Remote).

You are primarily responsible for:

• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Advisory and support of your customers in all service matters and determination of the potential for additional service business
• Creation of solution concepts for the conversion and modernization of existing switchboards and components
• Continuous observation and analysis of the market and competitive situation
• Continuous follow-up and support of the associated contract negotiations
• Support and consultation of your colleagues in project planning and execution

Qualifications for the Role

• Study of electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology, alternatively technician or master in the field of electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related position, ideally in the service sector
• Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
• Fluent German and good English skills
• High customer and market orientation, negotiation skills, and strong communication ability
• High willingness to travel up to 85%
