Tasks

• Conducting commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators
• Service-oriented consultation of our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure our customer satisfaction
• Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service in the extended area of your area of operation
• Taking over the on-call service with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

Are you technically proficient, love working on heating solutions and characterized by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a service technician, you can apply these strengths with us! You are also characterized by:

• A completed specialized training as a mechanical engineer for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, mechatronician for refrigeration technology, electronics engineer for energy and building technology or electrician / electrical installer and ideally further education to master or technician
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology or climate and ventilation technology
• In possession of a refrigeration certificate category 1, additionally refrigeration certificate category 2 advantageous
• Valid driver's license class B
• Good German language skills in speech and writing

Salary range The annual salary for this position is between 42,680 EUR 67,376 EUR annually. Factors such as skills, education, experience and other qualifications can influence the salary within this range.
