Extrusion Associate

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low-rise non‑residential buildings in North America. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., we serve residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel (R&R) markets. Our portfolio spans vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, metal wall systems and metal accessories. Job Description Base Pay: $21.50 – $22.50 per hour Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (rotating) Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure product consistency and standards, including proper counts, packing patterns, and labels. Maintain required paperwork. Perform online quality inspections. Visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards. Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure, including to the 16th of an inch. Related machine operation experience. Ability to stand and work on feet for 12‑hour shifts, bend and lift as needed. Basic math skills. Ability to read English and conduct quality tests on product. Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and quality standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Understand and follow safety policies. Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.
