Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Sonoran Sub Chandler - Chandler, AZ 85248, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: Up to 50% , Job Shift: Day, Job Title: Experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Team Lead Company: Sonoran Orthodontics Job Type: 3–4 days per week Location: Multiple Sonoran Orthodontics locations; travel required Compensation: Competitive and based on experience Sonoran Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently guide patients through the treatment process, convert consultations into starts, and provide leadership when the Office Manager is unavailable. The selected candidate must be comfortable traveling between our locations and working independently in a fast-paced orthodontic environment. Responsibilities: Conduct new-patient consultations and present orthodontic treatment plans Explain treatment options, financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment plans Follow up with pending patients and help convert consultations into treatment starts Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff, and front-office team members Track consultation activity, case acceptance, and outstanding follow-ups Deliver an excellent patient experience from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance Provide leadership and operational support when the Office Manager is unavailable Help keep the team organized and ensure daily priorities are completed Travel between Sonoran Orthodontics locations as scheduled Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous orthodontic or dental Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred Strong treatment presentation and case-acceptance skills Leadership or lead-team-member experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Confident discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patientsDependable, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision Willing and able to travel between practice locations Reliable transportation required Experience with orthodontic practice-management software is a plus We are looking for someone who takes initiative, builds trust with patients, supports the team, and can step into a leadership role when needed.
