Senior Accountant

Accounting Manager

Represent the accounting organization's values and processes providing high quality support to leadership teams.

Lead the financial reporting for:

Monthly financial statements with emphasis on Statement of Cash Flows.

Quarterly reporting including MD&A.

Annual GAAP financial statements including footnote preparation.

Maintain system of controls to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Conceive, design, test and implement process improvements in reporting processes across accounting function.

Standard Accounting responsibilities including:

Account Reconciliations preparation.

Lead monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement variance analysis.

Monthly close responsibilities.

Support Senior Manager in month end close administration.

Policy and process documentation.

Identify and respond to changes in business conditions and operations effects on financial reporting.

Help direct planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of accounting processes. Interpret and recommend modification to existing policies and practices.

Navigate multiple systems in the organization for accounting and reporting functions.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting

7+ years of related experience

CPA is required

Experience with Statement of Cash Flows and understanding of non-cash transactions required

Experience preparing External GAAP-compliant financial statements, footnotes and disclosures
