IMC is a high frequency trading firm and we have a strong trading presence in the broker market on the trading floor. As a Graduate Floor Trader, you will be assigned to one of the many EO options trading floors in the U.S., where you will actively respond to quotes in the open outcry broker market. As a graduate floor trader your decisions have a direct impact on IMCs trading strategies./ph3Your Core Responsibilities:/h3ulliWork in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize trading/liliInteract with brokers throughout the day, making markets and providing liquidity/liliBuild and maintain relationships with brokers/liliPerform trades analysis to improve trading/liliDevelop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk/liliResearch new market opportunities/li/ulh3Your Skills and Experience:/h3ulliRecent university graduate or current university student graduating between May 2025 and July 2026 with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field of study/liliSuperior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills/liliGenuine interest in financial markets, though no prior knowledge or experience required/liliAbility to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment/liliExperience with programming in Python is an advantage/liliA team player at IMC were all in together/liliEagerness to continuously learn/liliOpen to travel within the US to support IMC across multiple exchanges/liliMust be available to start full-time employment in August 2026/li/ulpThe Base Salary range for the role is included below.
