Project Coordinator
PAINT CORPS - National Commercial Painting
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a critical field-based leadership role responsible for managing 8–12 painting projects per week from start to finish. You will own the customer experience, protect project margins, ensure top-quality workmanship, and drive timely collections. Key Responsibilities Manage 8–12 active projects weekly across multiple job sites in the OKC Metro Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from project start through final payment Conduct daily site visits, quality inspections, and real‑time corrections Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules to keep projects on time and on budget Perform final walkthroughs, verify quality, and collect final payments Maintain clear communication and documentation on every project Core Expectations (Non‑Negotiables) Strong ownership and accountability — you “own” every project outcome Daily presence on active job sites (not a desk role) Excellent customer communication and relationship management Disciplined process adherence and documentation Professional appearance and representation of the PAINT CORPS brand What Success Looks Like Projects are completed on time and on budget, customers leave glowing reviews, payments are collected quickly, and crews are held to high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
