We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiberglass Duct Helper to join our HVAC team. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills and gain hands-on experience in duct installation and HVAC systems. $18.00-$20.00/hour

What You'll Do:

- Assist experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork and HVAC systems

- Measure and cut duct materials to specified dimensions

- Learn to operate tools and equipment used in duct installation

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving duct-related issues

- Attend training sessions and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge

What You'll Bring:

- 1 yr minimum fiberglass duct experience is required

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

- Basic understanding of construction or HVAC systems is a plus

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
