Warehouse Supervisor

Lead the night shift to success! We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to drive productivity, safety, and team performance on 2nd shift.

Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Direct hire position
• $60,000.00 to $65,000.00/annually
• Second shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm)

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations including picking, staging, loading, receiving, and put-away activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time shipments.

Lead daily shipping and receiving functions, ensuring all parcel, LTL, and full truckload shipments are accurately processed, documented, and dispatched by end of shift.

Verify inbound and outbound freight for accuracy, proper counts, and damage-free condition while maintaining all required shipping and receiving documentation.

Oversee warehouse staff scheduling, work assignments, and productivity to ensure workloads are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling, cycle counts, physical inventories, and adherence to warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.

Promote a safe and secure work environment by enforcing OSHA and safety regulations, monitoring material handling equipment, securing the facility at the end of each shift, and completing operational reports and special projects as assigned.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience required
