Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Flowers Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates looking for a supportive environment with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

Position Highlights:

Location: Flowers Hospital - Dothan, Alabama
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (40 hours/week) or PRN
Compensation: Starting at $215,000+ annually (based on experience)
1099 Option: $150/hour with malpractice coverage
Relocation Assistance Available
Loan Reimbursement: $75k s tudent loan assistance for 3 years
Student Stipend Program: Available during the last 18 months of program.
8 weeks vacation time
Annual CME: $2k for W-2

Procedures Covered

As a CRNA at Flowers Hospital, you will provide anesthesia services for a wide range of cases, including:

General Surgery
Orthopedic Surgery
Urology
Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program - Doctoral level

Active RN and CRNA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)

NBCRNA Certification required

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
