Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant who is passionate about supporting employees, keeping processes running smoothly, and making a positive impact every day. Day Shift: Monday – Friday Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hr based on experience Job Duties of an HR Assistant: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel. Welcome and assist visitors, determine the nature of business, and notify appropriate team members of meeting arrivals. Perform labor ticket and other data entry accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and supporting departmental communication. Support office and production operations by maintaining organized records and documentation.
