Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Loader. This position will be responsible for the off-loading and part inspection of product being produced, and placing it in proper rack to insure continuous operation during the shift. This is a 1st shif position; Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:30pm. What you will be doing: Safety, quality, priorities above all Focus on the keeping the mill operational Maintain clean, safe ,organized work area, 5S Assist in the change over processes of the mill. TPM of process and equipment in the area Coordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisor Perform visual quality checks for straightness, galv integrity, length to meet quality requirements Able to work with maintenance hands on to get issues resolved in a timely manner Focus on mill production efficiency, problem resolution, cost saving opportunities. Education: High school or equivalent Experience: Experience in using special measuring devices, calipers, tape measure. Must be able to read part drawings to perform product inspections. Roll Tooling experience with set ups and change over. Demonstrated ability to meet negotiated time frames Forklift Other: Good communication skills with coworkers to insure continuous flow of the mill Ability to think and react to schedule changes and conditions on the mill. Ability to be a contributing and valued team member for continuous improvement activities. This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
