Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account patients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings, considering each patient's unique cultural and personal context.

• Engage with patients during various therapeutic modalities, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients facing mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings or specialized training in multicultural counseling will be favored. Familiarity with integrated care models and community resources available in Crossville is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
