Busser - Service Support

Position Summary Dave & Buster’s offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities Assist bartenders, cocktail staff and wait staff by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support for fast, friendly service. Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through a combination of food, drinks and games. Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the bus station and wait stations. Empty trash and spot‑sweep floors as needed, or on manager request. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown and related tasks. Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing. Ensure food is properly garnished before delivering it to guests. Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely, correct delivery. Bus and reset tables; deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need. Assist guests by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages. Help set up parties and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies. Clean high chairs and booster chairs. Assist other team members as needed or when business demands it. Stay friendly and smile often while working days, nights and/or weekends. Communicate clearly with guests and teammates. Maintain a minimum age of 16. Requirements At least 16 years of age. Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Capable of standing, walking, and performing tasks for long periods. Physical Requirements Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Move about the facility and stand for long periods. Walk or stand 100% of shift. Salary Hourly rate: $7.25 - $11.00.
