At LFG Manufacturing, our estimating coordinators are at the center of everything we build before it's built. Based in our Palmetto, Florida facility, this role is a critical part of our estimating team, connecting people, processes, and information to keep projects moving forward. You'll play a hands-on role in managing bid documentation, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every detail is aligned for success. What You'll Do…

• Take ownership of project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, bid correspondence, and database management.
• Partner with estimators, senior team members, and customers to track bid progress and keep projects on schedule.
• Support the estimating process by assisting in developing accurate, timely proposals.
• Become a go-to expert on pricing, processes, and contract scope—ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables.
• Follow up on proposals and scope reviews, helping drive communication and accountability with customers and internal teams.

What We're Looking For…

• Recent graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of coordination or administrative experience.
• Problem-solvers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of database systems, Bluebeam (or similar tools), and construction drawings.
• Confident communicators who can present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
