Content Marketing Manager

I'm exclusively partnering with a high-growth, AI-native PropTech company that's transforming how commercial real estate owners and operators manage their buildings. Following a Series B funding round earlier this year and 9x growth , they're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager to help elevate their brand and drive demand. You'll join a collaborative team at a pivotal stage, helping shape the company's content strategy as they continue to scale across the commercial real estate market. Whats in it for you? Up to $125,000 base salary (depending on experience) Unlimited PTO Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Equity for each person in the company What You'll Be Doing Own and execute the end-to-end content strategy across brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. Produce high-quality content across blogs, website, social media, email campaigns, case studies and sales collateral. Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Design to deliver impactful campaigns. Use AI tools as a core part of your content workflow to improve quality, speed and efficiency. Work alongside external SEO specialists to grow organic traffic and visibility. Measure content performance and continuously optimise strategy using data and insights. What They're Looking For 2+ years' experience in content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment Hybrid working - Tuesday & Wednesday in the NYC office Experience creating content that supports both marketing and sales teams Exposure to SEO and content performance analytics Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation A proactive, creative mindset with strong written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
