Job Description At our dealership, we operate under a set of standards that you won’t find at other dealerships in the area. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, then we want you to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude , a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance , great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service . At least two years of experience with Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, or Lexus. New or Used Car Sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be self‑motivated and willing to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis. Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor New or used car sales experience is a MUST Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time Must have a valid and clean NY state driver’s license Basic computer and internet skills Experience using a CRM- Preferably VINSOLUTIONSAND REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS Responsibilities Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value‑add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements Maintains accurate sales documentation Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of all Genesis vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned We offer Income potential of $100k-$200KPLUS.
