Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. Choose from available visits that fit your location and schedule — there is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit.
We are currently seeking RNs to support patients throughout Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk counties.

What You'll Do
As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:
- Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
- Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
- Monitoring patients throughout treatment
- Providing patient education and support
- Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Active RN license or Compact Nurse License (NLC)
- Current BLS certification
- Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
- 5+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable:
- Home Infusion
- Infusion Center
- Oncology
- Emergency Department
- ICU / Critical Care
- Hematology
- Infectious Disease
- Home Health
Education: RN or BSN
