Job Title: Specialized IT Consultant - Senior (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / MS Azure)

Must Haves

• More than 8 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development, configuration
• Experience with the following Technologies on Microsoft Cloud (MS): MS Dynamics 365 CRM, MS Power App Flows, MS Power Automate, MS Power Pages, MS Azure Services, MS Azure Attachment Storage, MS Azure Active Directory, MS Azure DevOps, MS Azure KeyVault, MS Azure API Management, MS Logic Apps, MS Power BI
• Hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing case management system by using Microsoft dynamic CRM 365 on cloud, Azure, Azure AD, Power, Power App Flows and Power Platform technology.
• Hands-on Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud.
• Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Case Management System , Including experience with: User Access and Profile Management, Role Based Data Access Control, Authentication and Authorization Integration, Document Management
• Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Azure Logic Apps/Function Apps
• Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Power BI Dashboard and Reports.
• Knowledge of and Experience with Accessibility for Ontarians with OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) Testing compliance guidelines.
• Experience with end-to-end integration of Third-Party / OPS Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider, security, authentication, and encryption tools / services.

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Description

• Investigative Case Management Solution (ICMS) application built to enhance regulatory enforcement oversight concerning licensed and unlicensed childcare providers.
• Tracks and monitors every aspect of investigations such as intake, inspection, investigation, prosecution, and trial.
• Major scope is development of APIs to handle both inbound and outbound data flowing between ICMS and CCLS.
• Data includes inbound referrals, tombstone information of the Licensee, and outbound results of the investigation.
• Including the previewing and publication of enforcement actions (EAs) taken as a result of the investigation.

Analysis

• Analyze Business Requirements to identify gaps along with recommended solution.
• Update/Create Functional Design Documentation for the Solution
• Update/Create Technical Design Documentation for the Solution

IT Solutions Enhancement / Sustainment

• Design, Configure and Implement Enhancement(s) / Remediate Defects for the Case Management System
• Design, Configure and Implement Enhancement(s) / Remediate Defects for the Data Activity and Auditing Tool

Systems Integration

• Design, Configure and Implement Enhancement(s) / Remediate Defects for the Integration with OPS Service(s) & Other Systems

Deliverables

• Collaborate and Coordinate with all Project Stakeholders involved to ensure smooth and timely completion of Activities & Deliverables
• Provide Packaging, Deployment and Migration Strategy for all Cloud Based Environment(s)
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer Session(s) for the CSC Internal Project Team
