What We’re Looking For

·         A natural “people person” who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service

·         Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to change, and take on new challenges

·         1–3 years of office experience, preferably in finance, banking, or related fields

·         Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a team-first attitude

·         High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)

Key Responsibilities

·         Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

·         Handle phone inquiries confidently and courteously

·         Accurately balance cash drawers and maintain financial records

·         Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports

·         Use established finance software, Microsoft Word, and Excel effectively
