As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.How you'll contributeA Certified Nursing Assistant, who excels in this role:Performs basic patient care as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording.Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and appropriately stocked.Manages the tech desk; supports nursing/physician staff and department throughput.Documents care and activities per unit standards.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
