Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Administer the company's Health & Safety Program locally site Accident Prevention Plans Activity Hazard Analyses Position Hazard Analyses and other site- specific plans, procedures, and policiesManage Health & Safety Training, ensuring employees understand hazards associated with site conditions and activities and methods to mitigate those hazardsAudit and inspect site conditions and activities initiate corrective and preventive actions and verify the effectiveness of actions takenMay be responsible for assisting on the development of agendas for both pre and post-job conferences Provide guidance of safety improvementsLead incident investigations with affected supervisor, assuring actionable causes of incidents are acted on by managers and supervisors and verifying the effectiveness of actions takenPerform construction and project management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned projects. May prepare and analyze contractual requirement submittalsReport activities, findings, incidents and investigations, and site OSHA statistic to the Corporate Health & Safety Officer (CHSO) and the site Project ManagerKeep abreast of developments in health and safety practices and legislation act upon changes accordinglyLiaise with client and other team organizations on health and safety issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
