Pay rate will be $19.00 per hour Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week - Monday through Friday only (no nights or weekends) Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a RBT, you'll provide individualized services to children with a medical necessity for treatment using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll implement learning programs, collect behavioral data, and support behavior intervention plans. When not working one-on-one, you'll execute group therapy, assist with baseline observations, and provide school readiness tutoring.A Snapshot of What You'll Be Doing:Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior changeGather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectivesImplement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior instructionSupport teachers with general behavior management  Qualifications:High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferredCurrent RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow professionallyAbility to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively with young childrenKnowledge of HIPAA regulationsEligibility to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number Easterseals Florida has been rated a Great Place to Work (2020 - 2025) by our employees!
