Universal Glass is now hiring a full time or part time customer service representative for our auto department. Our office is located in North Phoenix. Experience in service industry is a BONUS ie: Auto Glass, Residential/Commercial Glass, HVAC, Plumbing, towing, SRP, Cox, APS ETC... Come be a part of our fun and positive work atmosphere!

Customer Service Representative/ CSR
The CSR will be the main point of contact for clients and insurance partners in setting up service and following the job to completion. A CSR’s main goals will be to provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting and follow through to ensure we retain a happy client base.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

· Able to handle high volume of phone calls

· Provide excellent customer service experience

· Provide excellent follow up when necessary

· Assist insurance customers in filing their glass claims

· Schedule customers accordingly

· Enter information completely and accurately including customer details, vehicle details/ parts and insurance/ claim details

· Order parts when necessary

· Support other staff in all customer facing functions

· May perform other duties assigned

Customer Service Representative Requirements

· 1 year of Customer Service in a call center or service industry environment

· Attention to detail

· Strong multi-tasking skills

· Problem solving

· Ability to operate a phone and computer while sitting for an extended period

· Strong communication skills
