Customer Services Representative

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment they call. We are looking for outgoing and driven personalities with a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a love for animals. Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls as they come in
• Assist owners in booking appointments
• Update records, approve prescription requests, and tend to the email
• Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance area
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist Veterinary Technicians with patient intake and discharge.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a receptionist position is not required! We are happy to offer on the job training
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse groups of people
• Basic Computer Skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work around animals
