Member & Provider Support Specialist - Multi-Channel Care
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Level II customer service professional in the United States to support members and providers across phone, chat and email channels. You will resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
The role requires HIPAA-compliant handling of data, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within Molina hours, with occasional overtime and weekend coverage.
