Warehouse SupervisorWarehouse Supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. Assigning, directing and monitoring work of the Warehouse staff to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties:Supervise and direct warehouse staffing in performing work according to Warehouse operating principles and procedures, compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies and proceduresMonitor performance of staff to ensure timely and proper picks, accurate packaging and paperwork, deliveries, transfers and excellent customer service with zero damages or losses and ensure all associates are trained on processesMaintain effective inventory controls and records to ensure inventory accuracyDocument, record and report all inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager in a timely mannerMaintains a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policiesAchieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, assuring quality of goods and problem solvingCommunicate job expectations and coach employeesResponsible for approval of timesheets and partnership with HREnsuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulationsCommunicate, coordinate, and partner with other departments in warehouse to provide clear communication on order statusPrepare work instructionsMaintains a positive working environment in compliance with company policiesTrains, coaches and develops teamAdditional responsibilities to support the operationsSalary Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.QualificationsExcellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skillsPositive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and calmly handle quickly changing priorities under tight deadlinesGreat attention to detailsMinimum 3+ years of Air Cargo handling experienceMinimum 3+ years in a leadership and/or Supervisory role.Must be flexible with work schedule.Strong leadership skillsStrong customer service skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsGreat computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experienceOrganization Relationships:This position will interact with branch colleagues, leadership staff, and office/warehouse personnel.
