Sr. Client Service Specialist - (Mon - Fri 1430-2300) Responsibilities Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Records consistent problem areas. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determines cause of problem; selects and explains best solution; expedites corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution. Responses are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED. 2–4 years client service experience. Certifications and Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas.
