Sr. Account Operations Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Sr. Account Operations Manager for one of their top clients in the Lockbourne, OH area. This role is responsible for leading, directing, and managing account operations to ensure service agreements are executed at or above client standards. The position focuses on maximizing profitability through superior service delivery, effective and timely communication, and diligent follow-up on all outstanding matters. This candidate will train, develop, and motivate employees to achieve peak performance and expanded responsibilities while overseeing all financial aspects of the department. He / She will need to have excellent written and verbal communication along with a client first mentally.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of seven years of related professional experience in the supply chain industry
- 5+ years in a Account Operations role
- Proven experience leading, directing, and managing account operations
- Experience managing revenue and expenses within established budget constraints
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining performance under pressure
