Our client is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their manufacturing team in Louisville, KY. This position requires hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC laser jet, and HMI systems. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical work, including up to 240 volts, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Perform maintenance and repair on CNC laser jet equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues with PLC and HMI systems
- Execute preventative maintenance and minimize machine downtime
- Perform electrical work up to 240 volts safely and efficiently
- Support production operations to ensure optimal machine performance
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability
- Associate's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Experience with CNC and PLC troubleshooting required
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work first or third shift as assigned
