Pediatric Interventional Radiologist Position in Austin - $100k Sign on Bonus

Position Summary We seek a skilled, motivated pediatric interventional radiologist for a partnership track position at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Central Texas. Excellent compensation with strong emphasis on work‑life balance: 2‑year partnership track. Part‑time and employed options also available. Generous salary with equal base pay for all partners within same FTE equivalent. Full benefits package with paid time off 13 weeks annually for full‑time partners. Flexible internal moonlighting (shift‑based or pay‑per‑study options). Pediatric Interventional Radiologist (On‑Site) Practice at a tertiary referral center with a broad spectrum of interventional cases. Team includes a pediatric IR APP; a second APP will be hired to support section needs. Subspecialty support available for pediatric diagnostic exams and neuro‑interventional radiology. Approximately 5‑6 call frequency, shared equally by the section. Generous hourly callback stipend for after‑hours procedures. Leadership, education, and research opportunities Leadership positions within the practice and at contract sites. Primary teaching faculty for the UT Dell Medical School radiology residency program. Local Practice Overview ARA Diagnostic Imaging (Austin Radiological Association) is a nationally renowned radiology practice with a 70+ year history of providing exceptional service and clinical care to the patients of Austin and Central Texas. We are one of the largest radiology groups in the country, with 110+ radiologists across all subspecialties. ARA serves 24 hospitals and operates 17 outpatient imaging centers in Central Texas. ARA partners with Dell Medical School at the University of Texas. ARA physicians serve as radiology faculty for the university, running the ACGME residency program and providing teaching opportunities for residents, fellows, and medical students. Desired Professional Skills & Experience Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Diagnostic or Interventional Radiology by the ABR. Completion of a pediatric IR fellowship or formal experience in pediatric IR. Radiology fellows and residents are welcome to apply. Compensation The salary range for this position is $500,000–$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
