This role partners closely with the VP and cross-functional stakeholders to drive large-scale process improvements, remediation initiatives, capacity planning, workforce development, and operational readiness across the Cash Management organization.The AVP provides leadership across Cash Management operations, including wires, ACH transactions, journals, checks, and related money movement services, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing. The role partners closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Service, and Business stakeholders to enhance the client experience, strengthen risk management practices, improve operational efficiency, and achieve service-level commitments. The AVP is responsible for developing operational roadmaps, leading continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Partner with the VP in leading Cash Management operations, including wires, ACH, checks, journals, and other money movement activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.Drive operational performance through the management of key metrics, service levels, business cycle times, productivity, and quality standards.Maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit expectations.Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Service, and Business leaders to improve processes, mitigate risk, and enhance the client experience.Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support business growth.Develop and coach leaders and associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and high performance.Provide strategic direction, capacity planning, and operational readiness to support changing business needs and volume demands.Develop and execute the Cash Management operational roadmap, including process optimization, capacity planning, automation opportunities, remediation efforts, and organizational readiness initiatives.Communicate operational performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including leadership of managers and cross-functional initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.Demonstrated experience leading Cash Management, Money Movement, Banking Operations, or related operational functions.Understanding of wire processing, ACH transactions, payment operations, and operational controls.FINRA Series 99 requiredCore Competencies:Ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to drive alignment and adoption of strategic priorities.Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in managing competing priorities.Skilled at facilitating productive meetings and fostering collaboration in both virtual and in-person environments.Preferences:Experience managing performance metrics, service level agreements, productivity, and quality programs.Proven ability to lead through change and drive organizational transformation.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Series 7Pay Range: $82,812.00 - $137,917.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
