About the Role:
Join 3D Contracting of Central Jersey Inc. as a Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping exciting commercial projects. This dynamic position combines estimating and project management, offering you the chance to lead initiatives from conception to completion. Responsible for supporting the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of 3DG Site Superintendents and other construction-related personnel. Direct them in planning, coordination, and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships, and the company image.

1. Assist in the development of the project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors.
2. Maintain and enforce a project site logistics and temporary facilities plan.
3. Maintain and enforce a project site-specific safety program in accordance with Policies and Processes, OSHA requirements, local, state, and federal laws, to include all subcontractors.
4. Maintain and enforce a project-specific quality assurance and workmanship program to include all subcontractors.
5. Perform and monitor all job site control reporting measures, including daily reports, monthly reports, accident reports, and time sheets.
6. Coordinate daily construction activities within existing operating facilities
7. Execute a plan for monitoring and completing punchlist items. Coordinate all required field inspections.
8. Provide technical assistance to all members of the project team.
9. Develop and mentor subordinates towards a successful career with the company.
10. Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
11. Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
12. Manage and coordinate 3DG personnel and resources for the project
13. Coordination with client representatives, architects, engineers, construction managers, and consultants to establish project requirements, budget, specifications, and schedules.
14. Utilize 3DG systems to oversee project performance, including project status, budget, schedule, and personnel
15. Manage the project using established project controls and procedures
16. Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management
17. Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality
18. Understand and administer 3DG contract and subcontract agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and estimating tools.
• Exp with Procore Project Management Software a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
