Our Opportunity We are seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator (Full-Time and PRN) whose primary responsibility is to provide quality programs for our residents, celebrate life, promote socialization, and ensure resident fulfillment. Assist in planning monthly calendars and events, handle banquet event orders, and deliver activity programs as planned, including group and individual activities. Work in cohesion with other staff members, departments, volunteers, and families to provide the highest quality of care and services. Our Story Integrity and passion drive us to be extraordinary. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning monthly activity calendar, which provides purposeful activities suited to the residents’ needs and interests. Responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing activities of the unit assigned. Collaborate with residents on one‑on‑one programs, provide visits, and document interaction as required. Provide hostess service at noon meal in the main dining room when assigned. Encourage residents to participate in all manner of activities, and transport residents to and from events. Operate Fleet Landing vehicles if authorized for trips and outings and accompany residents on facility outings. Qualifications Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or college degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in a social, recreational, or dependent care environment. Experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's patients is a plus, as is experience working with senior groups and driving seniors.
