Senior Manager, Compute Infrastructure Procurement Operations - Lease Administration

About The Role We're looking for a Lease Admin to own the operational layer of Anthropic's Compute Infrastructure lease portfolio, covering data centers, co‑location facilities, GPU and TPU equipment finance leases. This role sits in Infrastructure Compute Procurement and works closely with Infrastructure Accounting on financial aspects. Decision rights on renewals and commercial terms stay with Infra and Workplace. The Lease Admin ensures data cleanliness, tracks key dates, verifies bills, and ensures timely payments. Key Responsibilities Lease abstraction and system data hygiene: ingest new leases and amendments into the LMS with clean, complete data; maintain the record of truth across all portfolio categories. Critical‑date tracking and routing: monitor renewal windows, option deadlines, and notice periods; flag and route decisions to the right stakeholders with enough lead time to act. Landlord billing audits: review landlord invoices against lease terms, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges across the co‑location and real‑estate portfolio. Rent payment processing and AP coding: ensure rent and lease payments are processed accurately and on time; maintain correct GL coding at the source. Landlord billing ops and payment escalations: manage payment workflows and elevate commercial disputes to the appropriate Infra or Workplace relationship owner. Lease system data stewardship and Workday integration: keep the LMS in sync with Workday/ERP. Support the accounting team's close cycle with clean sub‑ledger data and timely inputs. Minimum Qualifications Experience implementing or operating an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent). A sharp eye for billing errors, having caught CAM discrepancies and wrong invoice amounts, backed up with lease language. Enough familiarity with ASC 842 to support an accounting team, flag data problems upstream, and maintain a defensible sub‑ledger. AP process fluency – understanding how payments, POs, and GL coding work and partnering with a Finance Systems team to fix upstream data. Comfort working in a fast‑moving, technical environment – landlords are hyperscalers and hardware vendors, not just office buildings. Prior work in a SOX‑compliant environment with documented lease controls. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of lease administration experience spanning data center/colo, equipment, or multi‑category real‑estate portfolios. Direct experience with data center or colo lease operations. Workday Financials / Workday Lease experience. AI first – creativity with automation, reporting, and efficiency with AI tools (preferably Claude). Experience in a high‑growth tech company where the portfolio grew faster than the process. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, understanding what a GPU cluster is and why the lease terms matter. Annual Salary

$230,000—$300,000 USD
