Machine Operator - (Medical Products)

1st Shift, 3rd Shift & Weekend Shift Available

• Operate laser production equipment and automated machinery
• Inspect products and perform quality checks
• Use micrometers, calipers, and measuring tools
• Perform testing and verification of finished products
• Package finished medical products
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Cross-train on multiple machines and processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• 6+ months of manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions and complete documentation accurately
• Medical device, inspection, or quality experience is a plus

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• Sunday-Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Friday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Small, team-focused manufacturing facility

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.43/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hudson,WI.
