The Director, Processing is responsible for managing the transaction operations from contract execution through closing. This role supports the Vice President (VP) with driving process improvements, managing the Transactions team, and ensuring consistent, on-time closings aligned with company performance goals. Prepares and presents comprehensive weekly reports to managers, highlighting key operational metrics and insights. Efficiently and accurately processes closings for real estate transactions. Conducts general file auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provides QuickBooks coding and support. Ensures timely and accurate financial operations. Provides agent and reporting support. Offers support, including handling reimbursements and addressing queries. Assists the VP with new tasks as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.
