Pay Range: $20.00–$23.00/hour

Join Signature Retail Services as a Merchandising Area Supervisor and take on a key role supporting merchandising execution, new hire training, and field operations throughout your assigned market. As an Area Supervisor, you'll serve as an important link between our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Territory Manager, providing hands-on support, communication, and visibility across the market. While this position does not directly manage employees, you'll be a go-to resource in the field to mentor and train new hires, reinforce SRS standards, identify service concerns, and help set our teams up for success from day one.

You'll also remain hands-on with merchandising by managing a dedicated service route and traveling between store locations, such as Lowe's and The Home Depot, to support projects and maintain consistent execution throughout the territory. What You'll Do

• Travel independently to store locations throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
• Serve as a field liaison between SRS Field Service Representatives, store teams, and SRS field leadership teams to maintain consistent communication across the market.
• Train and support new and existing team members on SRS processes, merchandising standards, client expectations, and in-store service requirements.
• Conduct hands-on, in-store training with new hires and model best practices to prepare them for success on their assigned routes.
• Monitor new hire training progress, complete required reporting, and communicate progress or concerns to the Territory Manager.
• Provide ongoing field support to reinforce merchandising standards and consistent execution.
• Execute and support merchandising activities, including planogram resets, display installations, product maintenance, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.
• Assess service execution, identify issues, and communicate opportunities or concerns to field leadership.
• Build positive working relationships with store associates and management while representing SRS professionally.
• Provide additional route, project, and market coverage based on staffing and business needs.
• Promote safe work practices, accountability, teamwork, and consistent execution throughout the territory.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• 3+ years of merchandising, retail service, field training, or related experience preferred.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or supporting other field employees strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals, including planograms, resets, displays, product placement, inventory, and store execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with field employees, store management, and SRS leadership.
• Comfortable providing hands-on training, guidance, and constructive feedback to other employees without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to identify field issues, communicate concerns, and help coordinate solutions with the Territory Manager.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple retail locations throughout an assigned market.
• Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on store service, training, staffing, and business needs.
• Available for company-paid overnight travel when required for training or business needs.
• Personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for communication and in-store reporting.
• This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
• Perform regular lifting, moving, and handling of products or materials weighing up to 50+ lbs, without assistance.
