CNC Operator

Start your new career as a CNC Operator with MAU at AFL in Duncan, SC. As a CNC Operator, you will safely operate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer:
Walk-In Interview Hours:
- Pay of $19.14 to $24 per hr based on experience
- 6% Shift differential
- Multiple shifts available
- Weekend shifts work 36 hrs and get paid for 40

- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- At least 1 year of CNC experience - required
- Ability to lift 15-40 lbs repeatedly
- Stand for 10-12 hour shift
- Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus
- Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks
- Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Accurately enter production and quality data into systems
- Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks
- Identify and report quality issues promptly
- Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support process improvements
Walk-In Interview Hours:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
