Start your new career as a CNC Operator with MAU at AFL in Duncan, SC. As a CNC Operator, you will safely operate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

Pay of $19.14 to $24 per hr based on experience
6% Shift differential
Multiple shifts available
Weekend shifts work 36 hrs and get paid for 40

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED - preferred
At least 1 year of CNC experience - required
Ability to lift 15-40 lbs repeatedly
Stand for 10-12 hour shift
Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment
Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus
Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)

What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:

Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks
Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep
Accurately enter production and quality data into systems
Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks
Identify and report quality issues promptly
Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines
Collaborate with team members and support process improvements
