Key Responsibilities * Assist with developing and organizing internal product and service support materials. * Maintain accurate service documentation, product information, and client-facing materials. * Assist with preparing presentations, service summaries, reports, and informational documents. * Gather and organize basic customer and operational information to support business decisions. Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
