This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and factory partners to oversee social compliance programs, review audit findings, and help ensure responsible manufacturing practices. The position offers broad exposure across social compliance, sustainability, and traceability initiatives while working closely with leadership in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Review and assess factory audit reports and provide recommendations for compliance improvements. Partner with sourcing, design, and operational teams to support responsible sourcing objectives. Monitor social compliance programs, including labor practices, worker safety, ergonomics, and wage-related standards. Support initiatives related to compliance, sustainability, and supply chain traceability. Qualifications Experience working with soft goods, apparel, textile, or related manufacturing factories required. Ability to review, interpret, and provide insight into factory audits. Knowledge of social compliance principles, including labor practices, worker safety, ergonomics, and wage compliance. Experience in responsible sourcing, social compliance, fair labor programs, factory auditing, or related disciplines. Preferred Experience Background in sustainability, ESG, or traceability initiatives. Experience with third-party factory audits or compliance programs. Exposure to global manufacturing and sourcing environments. Experience working directly with factory partners and cross-functional business teams.
