Job Description

The Inventory Management Specialists supports field service operations across a multi-site inventory network by maintaining accurate stock levels, coordination warehouse activities, and using warehouse management systems to improve inventory visibility and availability.

Responsibilities

• Develope and maintain inventory plans to support field service operations
• Monitor stock levels across multiple sites and identify replenishment needs
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Perform demand forecasting to align inventory with operational requirements
• Coordinate warehouse activities across the multi-site inventory network
• Use warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare inventory data reports and communicate findings to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Some travel required
