Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried position with Comprehensive Benefits and Company Vehicle Job Description: As a Team Leader at T.E.A.M. Solutions, you will take charge of overseeing multiple commercial projects from inception to warranty completion. Your pivotal role involves leading our operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per scope, with unwavering quality to drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Responsible for all scheduling and documentation of all installations, upgrades, and repairs. Assist in design of project, material selection. Ensure projects are properly designed, order parts, coordinate project execution, and manage profitability. Prepare field re-estimates and change orders. Coordinates with other trades to ensure project success. Team Leadership: Be a mentor and technical resource for junior field technicians. Provide guidance, assistance, and knowledge transfer to ensure the team's professional growth and adherence to industry standards. Develop and track goals with direct reports. Responsible for keeping up with company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the proper operation of building automation systems. Develop and grow relationships with clients. Qualifications Required: 2 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience. Education: BA, Associate Degree, or equivalent industry expertise.
