Bretz RV & Marine is hiring motivated individuals to join their growing Technician Program in Missoula, MT. The role offers on‑job training to become a Certified RV Technician. Responsibilities Prepare RVs for sale, install accessories, and repair mechanical systems. Work directly with senior technicians, service advisors, parts team members, and other colleagues to learn and grow in this career. Qualifications Any two of the following items: 2 years high school shop class 2 years of experience working on or repairing automobiles (home or business) Basic understanding of 12V electrical (car audio, equipment, tractors, automobiles, etc.) Basic understanding of 110V electrical (residential or commercial) Basic ability in welding or fabrication Basic understanding of small engines Basic ability in construction or carpentry Basic ability in plumbing Basic ability in automotive accessory install Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical college degree preferred. Compensation $18+ to start with earning potential of $30-$40 after training. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test. 18 years of age or older. Physical Requirements Be able to stand, walk or crouch for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Bend, stoop, kneel frequently. Must be able to climb ladders. Work Attire Requires wearing closed toe shoes. Technician uniform shirt will be provided. Blue or black work pants (no denim jeans).
