Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Manager roles may also include leading departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, and setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager’s duties include ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer service, executing sales promotions, training staff in service procedures, and keeping the Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, maintains safety and cost controls, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures and new menu items. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates and recognizes crew throughout their tenure. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
