RN ED Nightshift

The $100/hr rate is temporary and expected to remain in effect for at least four (4) weeks. Following this period, the bill rate will be reduced to a lower rate, $75. By accepting this assignment, candidates acknowledge that the current rate is not guaranteed beyond the initial four-week period and may be adjusted thereafter. Candidates who prefer to work only during the initial four-week period at the temporary $100/hr rate may do so. Given the high-priority staffing need, we are open to candidates accepting an assignment limited to this rate period. However, candidates who are available to complete the entire assignment will be prioritized, and we reserve the right to decline a candidate if another qualified candidate is able to commit to the full assignment.

Required skills: ACLS, BLS, strip interpretation, titration of drips etc. Current and valid state RN License. BLS. ACLS. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. COVID vaccination/boosters preferred.

Float between ICU and Tele. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients; He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patients clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
