Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Brand Advocate to help drive our marketing goals and grow brand awareness within the community. This role supports the execution of marketing initiatives developed in partnership with the General Manager and Owner, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all efforts.

In this position, you will represent The NOW Chandler within the local community, serving as the face of the brand at events, partnership activations, and networking opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating community and referral partnerships, coordinating influencer collaborations, and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and membership growth through community outreach, content creation, social media management, promotional campaigns, and special events, while ensuring all efforts align with brand standards and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about self-care and wellness, highly organized, able to work independently, and thrives in an environment that balances both creative and administrative responsibilities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the community are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:  

 

1. Brand Representation: Serve as the face of our location and brand, embodying its values, mission, and aesthetic at all times. 
2. Partnership Engagement: Work with other brands to create in-person and online marketing events (pop ups).  For MT scheduling at the events, you will need to work directly with the General Manager.  For any needed promotional materials or offer codes, you will need to work with the Owner and Corporate.  Attend events to educate potential customers on The NOW and the benefits of massage.  Encourage bookings with promotional offers. 

3.      Community Engagement: Engage directly with potential customers to educate them on The NOW Chandler, encourage booking with special codes, and encourage membership. 
4.      Chamber of Commerce Engagement: Attend monthly Chamber events – Wake Up Chandler and Business After Business to promote Chandler, establish community relationships, seek partnerships, and educate attendees on current promotions.  Look into Leads Groups with the Chamber as well.
5.      Influencer Identification and Engagement: Work with Cody at The NOW corporate office to identify potential influencers, identify potential influencers directly, reach out to influencers to offer trade deals and arrange to greet influencers in boutique once scheduled. 
6.      Facebook Posts: Create and post to boutique page and work with Kelly on best practices for these and boosted posts. 
7.      Social Media Growth: Work with guests to create posts, reels and stories that feature The NOW Chandler.  The prime objective is to grow specific awareness of the Chandler location.  Brand standards should be reviewed and adhered to in any social media post. 
8.      KPI Reporting and Review: Attend regular meetings with Owner & General Manager to review the success of each individual effort.  Established key performance indicators will determine the success level of each effort/partnership event.
