Healthcare Advocate

*Description*
* Research and identify available healthcare options for members using the care navigation platform
* Coordinate services such as imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound), physical therapy, surgeries, and other medical services
* Communicate with healthcare providers via outbound calls, email, and fax to confirm availability, services, and requirements
* Review medical documentation and fax clinical notes or paperwork when required
* Work with outofnetwork providers to pursue single case agreements when innetwork options are unavailable
* Provide accurate benefit information to members by researching plan details within internal systems
* Communicate professionally with members via phone and email on a daily basis
* Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and followthrough
* Work independently after training, seeking guidance when needed
