Job Description

Our client is seeking a 5+ years experienced Tax Attorney to join their team, advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on tax law, estate planning, business planning, and asset protection strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on tax, estate, business, and wealth preservation strategies.
Draft and review business formation documents, estate plans, trusts, and tax planning documents.
Conduct legal research on federal and state tax laws to develop practical client solutions.
Manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with legal and administrative teams.
Build strong client relationships, ensure legal compliance, and support firm leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active and unrestricted Arizona Bar license.
5+ years of tax law and estate planning experience preferred.
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills.
Excellent client relationship, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; CPA or LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
